Privacy notice

Notice under articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 for the website casakerigma.it. Draft to be validated before publication; it supplements, for this site, the general notice of Attendiamoci ODV ETS (in Italian).

What we collect and why

  • Stay requests and stay form: contact details, dates, number of people, notes; once the request is accepted, full personal details (date of birth, Italian tax code if any, address), possible membership of the clergy of the Archdiocese of Reggio Calabria-Bova. Used to manage hospitality in the houses, issue the donation receipt and keep the Association's guest records (with the history of stays). Legal bases: pre-contractual and contractual measures, legal obligations for receipts, legitimate interest in managing hospitality.
  • Stay invitations: those who run the houses may create an invitation for a person already on file or for a new contact, who receives a personal link by email.
  • Mass intentions: personal and contact details, date and text of the intention, any offering. The text may contain names of third parties and data on religious beliefs: it is processed only for the requested celebration.
  • Donations and offerings: amount, date and payment references. Payment takes place on Stripe: donations for stays on the account of Attendiamoci ODV ETS, offerings for Masses on the account of Fr Valerio Chiovaro. We never see or store card details.
  • Contact form messages: name, email, phone, message.
  • Guest book: text of the testimony, name and surname, email (never published), optional self-description, place of origin and religious affiliation. The testimony is published on the site only with the explicit consent of the author and with the signature they chose (full name or anonymous); place of origin and religious affiliation, which are special categories of data under art. 9 GDPR, are collected only if the person provides them and shown next to the signature only with their express authorisation. Legal basis: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time by writing to kerigma@attendiamoci.it (the entry is removed).
  • Stay form and guest records: religious affiliation is an optional field, given only by the person concerned, used to welcome guests better and to describe in aggregate form the variety of people hosted.
  • Memory of the house: chronicle, activities and photographs of the houses; photographs showing people are published with their consent and may be removed on request.
  • Browsing: technical data (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention; technical cookies and, only with your consent, anonymous statistics (see cookies).

Processors

  • Netlify (hosting and serverless functions) and Neon (database, EU region, Frankfurt);
  • Stripe (payments, independent controller for transaction data);
  • Zoho (the Association's CRM and email, where records, stays, intentions and donations are kept);
  • Behold and YouTube (previews of social content; no visitor personal data sent by us).

Data are accessible to those who run the houses in Jerusalem and Ephesus for the management of hospitality. They are not passed to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Guest records and stays for the duration of the relationship and, in archive, ten years from the donation for tax obligations; Mass intentions for ten years; contact messages for two years; technical logs for twelve months.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to info@attendiamoci.it. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
